I get that the use of the word 'Believe' implies that whatever I'm applying the word to becomes a faith system due to the association carried by the word, and that you were pointing out the irony of such seeming contradiction between faith and science.

the book of Genesis in the Torah is "Religion for Beginners" they taught it to their children because children can only grasp simple concepts.

Maybe Religion and Science are meant for each other XD Science may call it Alien, religion call them Angel, Science call it energy, religion call it God~ its a matter of perspective i think.

Hey, evolution is just a theory. Proven partially but never really answered most of our mysterious conditions. For example, the reptiles according to scientist has been here on this planet long before humans did like more that 65 millions years ago. Correct me if I'm wrong, modern human has only been around for 200,000 years. My question is, how come human are the only species that managed to evolved into something that talk, create stuff, make internet manga porn, and watch anime? why didn't the reptiles evolved into something better because they have more time to evolved? or at least developed their own porn website lol same goes to the other animals~

I bet your parents gave you children fable story book when you were young right? One way of teaching you about moral and stuff. Or perhaps simple story books given by the kindergarten when you were a still a kid?
