@Lucia: It's a joke from a tv show, pleading the Fifth amendment. Don't need to present evidence that would incriminate yourself. Kinda worthless in a way considering not answering a question by pleading the fifth shows that it would prove you guilty, but still lol

@Bored: Nope, unless this counts as one.

@Lucia: Pretty much, in court, you can plead the fifth when asked a question which allows you to not answer the question if it would make you look guilty or prove you are guilty. Easier to understand?
