Do Bears Have Marital Problems?
-1
I just realized something. In the story of Goldielocks and the Three Bears when Goldielocks wants to go to sleep she tries the beds of the papa, the mama, and the baby bear.
So both the papa and the mama bear are sleeping in seperate beds. Does this mean that they have marital issues? From what I understand a husband and wife only sleep seperately if they are pissed off with one another, and if its gotten to the point where each of them have their own beds it must really be serious.

Not all married couples sleep in the same bed. Besides, the story would make less sense for a child if 3 bears slept in 2 beds.
Remember, it is a children's story. Toddlers and children are as dumb as a sack of potatoes until they get a bit older.

Didn't married couples sleep in separate beds in the old days? Not exactly sure what era, but the possibility that this bear couple was born in such a time isn't really a stretch.

That's probably because the original story featured three male bears of different sizes and an old woman. Over the years they switched the old woman to a little girl and the three male bears became a family of bears with a mother. They probably just didn't want (or forgot) to change their sleeping arrangements to reflect that.

It could be the Papa bear snores and the mom was fed up, or maybe the mama bear kicks in her sleep.

I am amused that you are trying to insert logic into a children's story~

Well in this one Spanish version of it (it was like baja orsito or something i cant remember) it was reversed where the bear invaded Goldilocks' house peoples house (which makes more sense when you think about it) so that means Goldilocks parents also had problems :O They lived in like the middle of the woods too so what happens if things got out of hand shed just have to sit there and listen she wouldnt be able to go anywhere. xD more logic
