Thought i'd go with the whole run and gun method, but we dont know how many allies or civvys we'll come across, lets play this slow and steady, u cover my back and ill cover yours

Right, since there's no superior giving orders we've got two choices. One, we go with the expectations that we're all good at what we do and know what is the most effective. Or two, we work as a team, going by the judgement of one person chosen right now. I actually would prefer the former. Bad history with bad leaders, ye know?

Pilot: "Eight clicks! The rebel forces are moving up behind that hill on the far left. When you make your assault then rebels will storm the town. I've got eyes on two APC's, friendly, as well as a looot of troopers."

Ah, so tired from work after an all-nighter. not gonna be posting much tonight))

((As I was drawing I realized that what I was drawing, was waaay too small. Barely fit to be a village. And to redo it all in a tinier scale was going to drive me nuts. (I -suck- at any and all artsy movements with the mouse. From making a good box shape to painting.)

So instead I took a town picture, added some text and some context and here's the end result:

Most of this is self explanatory, the tent field is where the majority of enemies will be streaming in from, the hold target is the town's city hall. The CO's are all in there so taking that building will force a rout. The rebels attack from the south east and will draw most of the enemies off of us. They will reach the town's outer buildings around the time we reach the main road.

I added the communications tower for some choice. Either a, we destroy it and make ourselves known before we cross the road, making that an effective enemy defensive line or b, we skip it, jaunt straight through the enemy lines wreaking havoc and risk being flanked by armored reingforcements.

((Looks good, you seemed to have planned out everything well. Also on another topic, I might be deciding on whether or not we should have a uniform or at least place an insignia in our signatures or something like that. We'll be getting out here, so our best bet is to make a run for the next tree line right away and then see if we were spotted coming in. We'll go from there. Do you guys have a victory cheer? Like a hoo-rah?

Intel from our "friends" from the loyalist side. Rebel units on standby for reinforcements, so don't worry folks, we've got heavy weapons to back our asses up.

*Helicopter rocks momentarily as it quickly slows down and begins to descent. Moments later it touches down, the board gunner already throwing the door open.*

Pilot: "We're here! Now get the fuck out!"

*Goes out first. Jumps to the ground and immediatly checks out the immediate area.* "Go, go, we're clear."
*Begins the crouched mad-man's dash towards the nearest cover - the tree line, away from the grassless dirt the helicopter landed on.*

*jumps out immediatly running to closest cover and placing rifle down*

Immediate area seems clear, move up ive got your back

*Moves past the treeline and the next one to the second last one for a better view*

*Via Radio* I've got eyes on - four hostiles, armed, automatic rifles. Do not engage, it's just a patrol. We should evade attention as long as we can. You can move uuuuup.... Now.

So, what do you vote. Yay or nay to taking down the comm's tower. I vote yay, but you've got more experience as a private soldier.

It would be good fun and good experiance.. but we would use alot of ammo.. possibly men and also make alot of noise so stealth wont be an option afterwards...

At the same time though, taking it out'll mean we definetly won't be running into any armored trouble later on. We're supposed to take and HOLD this place, not take and lose it.

Sending in F4 Phantoms in disguise as NATO airstrikers to dispatch that radio tower.

Try to approach the Town hall quietly and eliminate the officers there, once you do, signal the rebels to attack with the green flare.
