Good to know. If you want my opinion, Make the defense system self-activate faster before upgrading overall power.
And bring on some flamethrowers and EMP burst shooters! :D

Hey, can we get some sonic burst shooters for the base? Those things can seriously blow your brains out. Saw it on the Discovery Channel once. Painful shit...

Hmmm I'm agree with EMP, but flamethrower?
Why not Dragon's Breath bullets or incendiary ammo?
Flamethrower is quite heavy and hard to move. Well I'll take one later.

If you're searching for Kei, I put a tracker on him. His movements have been tracked this entire time on that PC over there. You can check the log to see where he's been so far.

How about you just shut up for now and let the team recuperate?! Drag's missed enough anyway, so we should take it easy for a while. Don't worry, the missions won't go anywhere.

Art, shush. No insulting or antagonizing team member. Even if they are like the grim fucking reaper. *Continues writing something on his laptop*

I'm gone for hours on end, and what do I find? Not a lot of activity that I missed, but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! What gives people?!

*Mansion speakers* Everybody to the meeting room, we've got a mission with good prospects on our doorstep.
*A few minutes later when everyone has arrived *and Das has been tied to a chair and muffled so he won't run off killing people with a stick**
Right, it's been kept top secret for the last year but Japan found an oil reserve on the water borders with China. Now as we are told, China took the fucking liberty to sketch a fake map, showing 95% of the oil reserve was in fact in Chinese territory and only 5% on the Japanese. Now the PLA has gone and attacked the oil rig and has taken it for themselves.
Now the world knows nothing of this, and after the nuclear reactor incident Japan is under extreme scrutiny, alot of eyes are fixed on them and if they start ammassing a fleet it wouldn't go unnoticed.
Thats where we come in. We've been given the task to infiltrate the oil rig and destroy it. The Japanese don't want to risk public embarrasment or the Chinese getting the oil.
They've warned us of a few situations though. The workers are no longer there. Just soldiers, China has yet to man the rig with workers but there's two platoons worth of men on that rig. There's also a matter of other PMC's, they also hired the Blacktalon PMC, another one they didn't name and lastly, Innodog Military Operations. IMO for short.
That means we'll have a lot of PMC opposition before, during or after we land. It depends when they act. Blacktalon has balls, they will be the first group to move in if we don't, they won't care about being hit in the back when they're weakened. In contrast, Innodog will wait. Those coward bastards won't dare the PLA.
We'll have to decide carefully what we do.
There are multitude of AA facilities on the rig, so an aerial drop is impossible. We'll have to go in by boat, but it also has to be strong enough to withstand frontal fire and fast enough to escape the explosion. The Japanese will reward whomever last fled the rig before it explodes as the ones whom did it, so we'll have to clear out all other escape routes before we leave.
Now the Japanese want this done and they want it done fast. We have to move in two days, not sooner either as that messes with their own plans. We attack on friday or we don't at all.
Sanada, it's your call. They've got a feisty pay check for us if we do this, 85.000 euro's per man for the first five, and half that per man for any more, straight into the company's funds.
((Okay, if THIS doesn't excite people in getting active again then this thread is dead. Untill we make the call of moving out, just discuss the mission like you're in before mentioned meeting.))

Hmmm...permission to state my opinion on this
*clears throat*
OK, everything about mission just screams "THIS IS GONNA BLOW UP IN YOUR FACE!"
I didn't major in mathematics, but I took S1 in high school, so believe me when I say, we have a 10% chance of completing the mission successfully, and only a 5% chance of doing so perfectly, with all of us coming out of it alive! Also, it's neither Blacktalon nor IMO that's going to pose a problem. No, I'm more worried about this unnamed team they hired.
In short, this is probably the most suicidal and ludicrous mission we'll ever have to take, and it might just kill us all.

*spins around in the chair for a while*
So, when do we start? 'Cause I know I'm in. >:-)
