I'm just asking if the new day time is gonna random...like if that is the final verdict or gonna revert back to the 24 hour setting.

idk. leave the annoying details to rise.
I prefer the usual 'roughly 24 hours' style. rise being tardy, someone else can log.

yup it can. an ability that mentions "a target element" can target any element.
