I mean the new staff for the new thread - it has also changed for each thread; considering the whole drama that occurred due to Waar not keeping up with "tradition", I feel that this should be kept as well.

I have considered this and right now I think It would be best to wait until things calm down and do it then. This also helps to ensure that the staff will actually be composed of people who actually visit the thread relatively regularly, not just those who came decided to quickly grab the jobs and disappear.
