Depends where you live really. I know there's a couple in our town seen on a regular basis but I have no idea how you contact them.

He pointed them out to me because Asian men and military guys will bring them to their hotel rooms

I think there should be a easier way other then wandering shitty areas of town hoping to find one. Like imagine if you had to do that for other services. "Oh man I got to get a hair cut. Lets go to this shitty neighborhood and see if anyone is standing around with scissors"
