Does the +1 of Prankster and - of Lagging Tail cancel and become +0 or does it stay at - level speed priority?

Serebii gives the effect of Lagging Tail as follows:
When this item is held by a Pokémon, the holder will always move last in its Speed Priority group in the turn. Trick Room does not affect this item.
Therefore it will still be +1, just letting all other Pokémon in the +1 group move before it.
