the UK do have law that prevent working time in build up area
it just mean any work that will make a fair amount of noise can be only down between 7am to 7pm

it still will be ok as school normally start around 8:30/9 and finish by 3:15.
i work from 9 to 6 so they can wake me up and they will be gone by the time i get home.
work is only a 10-15 minute work from home.
plus our council are shit at managing so the school more likely won't be finished by next year, they start to turn the old town hall into a cinema and family theme restaurant (basically nandos, pizza hut etc) work started in 2013 and was m,eant to be done by summer 2015 but know it has been pushed to spring 2016,
well, sounds oka then.

things that happened:
Cable tunnels werent ventilated correctly, so the cables overheated and do a) stop working and b) being a massive fire hazard
and recently
600 Fireproof walls turn out to not be fireproof at all
huge parts of the roof arent properly safe anymore
might be quicker to knock it down and start over from the being
its what people are joking about, lol
one of the most fun facts is that Hartmut Mehdorn, Former CEO of the Deutsche Bahn AG was in chargeof the build. he fucked some stuff up and abandonned the place, shortly after becoming CEO of Air Berlin. Since Air Berlin wanted to make the BER Airport their Hub he sued the guy in charge of the build then for damages, since their hub wouldnt get done in time... and he won...
