You should keep it until you find another, my last job, i was on a 8 hour contract but was doing anywhere from 24 hours to 38 hours per week, the down side was that if you got on the managers bad side he can simple put in for 8 hours a week in line with your contract,

new job i got 16 hour contract but have been doing 39 hours per week and because half the staff are parent, college/uni student they don't to do much over time so the one like me get more hours, but after Christmas things slow down and then there is less overtime to give to people. I will keep it until i find some where that offers 30+ hour contract


I do that, don't really care for holidays, I even don't bother with my birthday

Yeah..money's money even if it's a little but I don't want to stay there. They only hire teens mostly and they drive me nuts. (X-x); just imagine feeling like your back in highschool.
