I imagine he's talking about C&C Red Alert 2's Iron Curtain ability but that's my guess, he should probably be specific about what he means by that

In C&C Red Alert 2, the Iron Curtain ability allows your armoured vehicles (Tanks, APCs and whatnot) to be temporarily invincible. Quite nifty but I never use it

I also use it on killing enemy infantry units.
