As a very small glimmer of hope, I'll remind that the Bravely Default screenshot set you have in the OP is a comparison to the Japanese release (right side) and the European release (left side). If you look around, you may find (though few) screenshots of a few difference between the European and US releases which show that the the US release's dialogue wasn't as censored/watered-down like the European version (it allowed the more risque lines and such), which lead to speculation that the US version would also not censor the character costumes.

Although my information might be old and censorship may have already been confirmed or denied (though a quick search just now shows no real changes on that front, and we may not know completely until it's released), I just thought I'd make everyone aware of it.
