He'll be okay as long as he doesn't violently assault a person.
You may be right as long as that person haven't been following him.

Well he wasn't. And that's still not grounds to act like a violent ape.

I'm probably not going to respond to anymore Zimmerman stuff, cause I don't wanna ruin the thread.
Sorry if the ape comment was offensive.

...I seen that tutorial it's the one I followed even still it was incomplete. There's more to it than that, man. There's a hoop the flex cable from the screen has to go through along with a few more components all at once. If you bend the flex cable too much, the device is ineffective. Thanks for your perseverance, though.

Shotgun Reply@ Shotty: I've never touched an Ace Attourney game, even still, I doubt that'll make up for my loss at all.
Do you play Pokemon?

Hmm... It's easy to find somebody to replace screens for ds' down here.
I got my lites screen replaced for $20.
I was doing it myself, but I snapped the ribbon cable accidentally. Gave it to another guy to fix, cause I couldn't be arsed.
But yeah, swapping internal memory sounds plausible... google that shit up, and see if it's do-able

Just because you didn't find out how to do it doesn't mean it's impossible, if it can be assembled it can also be disassembled.

My co-worker in IT goes by a similar motto. Honestly, I'm just gonna leave it be, buy another copy of Fire Emblem: Awakening (used, physical), and sell the replacement screen on EBay to cushion the loss. Thanks for your help, Nobyl.
@ Shotty, Yes, I play pokemon. Well, at least I have a 3DS XL in time of the release of X/Y.

How much would you be willing to sell your old 3DS + games and the screen for?

I rarely play my 3DS anymore. I just recently bought heroes of ruin and it's repetitive as fuck.

I have no physical 3ds games, the screen can go for $60 since it's used, it has a few smudges...and if it still works because I bent the flex cable a bit much..., the old 3ds xl I'm just gonna use for replacement parts (battery, mobo, buttons, and the like)

You wouldn't be willing to sell the old 3DS along with the screen then?

I can try attempting to reassemble it...but I have to hope like hell it works though. Remember that flex cable dilemma I mentioned? It's a pain to fit that thing in there.

Probably should stop playing your 3DS right after rubbing butter all over your hands.
On that note, I'm going to make sure all my games are on my SD card RIGHT NOW.
