GAR: A term used towards male characters and individuals who are so overwhelmingly manly that your own masculinity is absolutely *buried*, leaving you naught but a whimpering, swooning girl-child before them.
now. in what way is being able to kill an army with a single attack, blowing up a planet, or destroying the stars gar?
these abilities are what people call super powers. people don't have super powers.
in gar contests such as this upcoming one, the contestants will be pitted against each other. their gar feats will be compared and they will be voted on. here is where the super power crutch plays in. the first thing you have to ask when looking at an individual with a super power is
"If said character didn't have super powers, would he have been able to complete the mentioned Gar feat?" the answer to this question will almost always be no.
now that i have finished my little rant, i will close with a final statement just in case some of the readers missed/ignored what i said in the rest of the post.

lulz.. I wasn't here for that GARfest so I don't know the story for that one... and 'sides, just cause they're nominated doesn't mean they're in already.. they still need to filter out who's the most GAR out of all of them before we start voting..

How are you gonna judge the characters of which you don't know anything about? Cuz i doubt you know everything about all these nominations.
I think one of the rules probably should've been to have a "Feats of GAR" list made for each character one nominated, to make the pre-selection easier.
TMS knows all about my mind... and my body...
So I should have absolutely no trouble getting into GARfest.
