Yeah, I've heard of the political situation and shit, but I'm not really into Canada. I think I'll be looking into universities in Texas since I actually know a few peeps there.

I was told to 'search for cheaper ones' so that doesn't exactly help... but I guess I have a hint on the price range (dad got no numbers so I have to guess in the dark)

Well, Oregon has very good student financial aid, plus if you need to I could help you out, being a veteran of the processes here. That is if you don't mind the weather changing every five minutes. I'd recommend a lot of states, but probably not Texas right now - Washington, maybe even other places in the northwest or mountain time zone states.

Colorado used to be pretty bad, but now the potheads took over so it's a little bit more crazy than it used to be - still less dangerous than texas though. Most of my relatives live in Colorado, so it can't be that dangerous - they're mostly poor and none have died there yet (out of the ones younger than 70)

In the end, it's up to you where to go - but here's some numbers from well-known colleges in Oregon:

Portland State University (I went there for a few terms, it's a really nice University in Downtown Portland - probably the most popular in north Oregon.)

In fact, I'm going to stop there because Portland State University is the cheapest in Oregon and I know you're on a tight budget. If they don't offer a program you want to take classes toward or a degree you're seeking, ask me in PM and I'll give you links to other universities with those programs later. There's a good reputation for OSU in tech-related fields and University of Oregon has a good reputation for most other fields, especially sports and physically-intensive fields, though.

I wish you luck in finding the college and state that are right for you, bro. Take your time and if you need to, save up for a while. It'll be worth it to choose the right place in the end ^_^

Texas isn't that dangerous, statistically it still has less crimes than states that have more restrictive gun control.

Also it sucks your plans got cancelled. Unfortunately because you're an international student transferring, tuition will be high almost anywhere you go. Especially for the better/more prestigious schools.

Would be nice if Fallout 4 had more realistic damage.

More open clothes/ armor customization.

Random names and quests for settlers.

More variety for guns. (Base models)

Could do without weapons spewing fire and grenades if they just implemented realistic ammo types again.

Thanks, I appreciate the offer. I don't know many university names so I think links will definitely help. I'm personally not an Oregon fan tho kek. Haven't heard many good things about it. And it doesn't help that a certain crazi person is there.

Yeah, I figured that awhile ago. I sorta wanna try for the Japanese one again after attending an American university, like credit transfer and shit. If it works out anyway. I'm a total weeb so it's worth the try.

Though for dad anything beyond 30k dollars seems to be the cause for red alert in these universities. Which means some of the better ones are beyond me.

I still love the Andrew Palmer ice tea/lemonade.

@cinia-pacifica

Like 30K in total expenses or just tuition?

Total. It's in that step when the university demands X amount of money for the parent figure to show as proof that education may be funded.

No, mods are usually unpolished trash.

are you retarded?

Since when did open discussion of what a fan hopes to see implemented into the game become a bad thing?

since when did bringing up what someone would like to see in a game equate to hating on the creators of said game?

What the fuck is wrong with you?

I swear to god, this is one of the dumbest shit you've posted. I mean, your lack of understanding on how politics works was one thing.

However, you think open gaming discussion is bad now? The fuck dude.

To be fair, it sounded more like complaining than open discussion.

And when I suggested you look for mods to add the things you wanted in the game, you said this:

I apologize for jumping to conclusions, but you should have made your intentions more clear.

Dude, I just prefer it when stuff comes from the company itself.

Perhaps consider Europe if money is an issue - Germany and Norway have free university for international students and the fees for international students tend to be considerably lower than some of the extortionate fees that good American Unis charge. Germany in particular has some of the best universities in the world - just behind the US and the UK, and access to them is readily available and inexpensive.
