KK so its a live action porn [can also make this into a hentai]. The plot is about a librarian with a legendary book that she found during a black out at the library. She reads out the first couple of pages and accidentally summons a huge disembodied penis. She runs away from the penis and locks herself in one of the study areas of the library. Once the power turns back on she saw what the book was for, to bring forth a legion of sex gods and goddesses to aid the human race in the event when mankind could no longer bare offspring.

Deep into translating the book, she finds out that the holder of the book [her of course] can use a special phrase in order to transform herself as a goddess, mostly to be able to communicate with other gods and goddesses as well as the ability to summon even more powerful deities to her aid. She then tries to summon another deity but it doesn't go as planned [cue, kneesocks fetish sex]. With that in mind, she learns the principles of summoning deities to control [don't summon things that have a higher power than you have]

With this secret hers and hers alone, the librarian [Lily] hides the book and continues her daily life. However, there's several groups that felt the energy that her accidental summons created and thus are now in a mad scramble to hunt down the book and destroy it.

After Lily's first encounter with a BDSM themed terrorist group, The Dungeoness, Lily is pressured and turns to the book for help. She discovers that she can grant certain people the power to transform into a deity like she can. Cue threesomes with her childhood friend and her sister. With a small group going, the three face The Dungeoness in a intense battle of latex and whips. The battle was won by the skin on Lily's nubile body when she saw that once transformed, she has near unlimited sexual power which she uses to create a time paradox that landed the entire terrorist group in a eternal forced gangbang.

After that, she remembers the principles and summons [again] the huge disembodied penis [cue masturbation scene]. She assumes this is how the true deities were represented. She resorts to summoning the penis whenever the battle becomes a losing one. Lily and her teammates fight to protect the book until the day it is actually needed to save the world.

It is a mix of Power Rangers, Bible Black, Sailor Moon, Doctor Who, Heroes, and Dragonball Z

Oh and the name of the show is called 'Ghost Head'.

I'd give it a shot, bit it sounds a little cheesy. The basic story, where the person finds something of great power and all, seems a bit over done.

If this helps, begin with a concept of an idea, and then just let ideas form in your head for a couple weeks. This helps me a lot with some stories I write and the story tends to form a natural, smooth telling. If you have specific ideas already at hand, just do what I stated before, and just find a spot where you can add that in and won't make it look weird.

On a side note, when you wrote disembodied penis, first thing that came to my maind was One Eyed Monster. Movie was funny as fuck.
