Is Fakku Broken Right Now? Is It Just Me? Am I Stupid?

Recently I went to read an old K-on doujinshi that i had bookmarked in my browser. However when i clicked the link to go to the page i was re-directed to a "Page not found" and noticed the banner on the top of the page that mentioned unlicensed content has been removed from fakku. I was curious so I "learned more about this decision here" however the page where Jacob the admin discusses about the new subscription service and how only licensed works will be appearing on fakku from now on.
That page didn't answer a question i now put to everyone who reads this post: Why when i search for "k-on" in the fucking search bar or literally any other doujins that were fan works i.e. sailor moon, full metal alchemist I get no results !!! Thinking I was an idiot I pondered weather it was possible that all the k-on and sailor moon content was un-licensed and therefore removed. Then realizing I was being silly I clicked the tags button in the main bar of the site, however tags that used to be things like the anime that the hentai uses as a base are gone and replace with only the name for the types of lewd actives that every one cums(te he he) here to enjoy that are in the works that the tags display. (Also where did the descriptions of the different tags go? I'm sure that things like ahego and inseki used to have a short 3-5 line description of the meaning of the word at the top of their respective tag pages.
Here is where it gets interesting/odd (i guess) i go to make a post and realize I've never even made a fakku account so i sign up verify my email etc and before posting I decided to take a look at the rules on posting which generally where all straight forward (don't be rude don't break laws) but there was a link built into the post to a list of thing not to include specifically in posts. Im a curious guy so i click it, guess what that goes to a another "page not found" a fake admin made a post with a broken link seriously like now I've got to add it to my list of things to rant about on a hentai forum website talk about first world problems.
Also how do i change my profile picture i when to click my account and the my profile but i can't find a way to change the picture on my actual profile page.
Also on the my books page my does it show books i don't own/didn't buy yet?

A new issue has been brought to my attention many people seem to start there posts with [color=blue] and end with [/color] but the text in the post is not blue or any color for that matter was this an old feature that got removed or am i still dumb and don't know how to fakku?

I have now figured out how to change my profile pic apparently having that in settings make more sense than on my profile itself?

animefreak_usa i wasn't asking about Jacob's post i was asking if everyone was getting page not founds when they search for thing they know are on the site also why the descriptions for tags that are not strictly english are now missing also if other people where having trouble finding things using the search bar

He doesn't. What you're looking at is his signature; spoilers are great for hiding large blocks of space (images and additional information for example) in signatures so it doesn't make posts too large.

The forums were updated a while ago to include the topic title in the URL. The old Rules and FAQ thread is among the many threads which don't have updated links. While we're on the subject, here is the new Rules and FAQ thread.




We used to be able to change the colour of our text, though I heard we are still able to as a Subscriber (correct me if I'm wrong). But when it was readily available a lot of people had the annoying habit of changing their text colour with every post. When it was removed, a lot of visible BBcode was left behind.

GRAVITY CAT please explain where in those two post is says anything about how what are marked as tags being changed i.e. no K-on tag (or any series names as tags) also i know there are some things have not been removed but can not be searched for my example is a naruto based doujin that is bookmark(next to my original posts k-on) that is still working but there is no way i can find to see all naruto works
For example, if i wanted to see all works by a specific artist i click their name in the description of one work they done and i am brought to a page that has all works that list them as an artist.

the world list is a hyper link that does NOT work. I think Gravity Cat is just messing with me because i rarely use fake and did know about the changes recently. On this page you will see the line mentioning a list that is clearly broken. at this point is is obvious that the NEW FAQ is better but why, if the NEW FAQ exists, is the old one still the "CURRENT" faq/rules in the stickies section of the Incoherrent Babbling forum?

Also from here further I will be addressing Gravity Cat directly, so basically anybody else can stop reading because they can read and know how to use a forum. (i know that I have stated my account is new that doesn't mean i've never used a forum before; and such things like colored text are not represented differently in each)

GRAV you imply much with your false words and attempted editing of my own in quotes in your own posts but i will not let that stand here is PROOF you are indeed a fool and can't read whats literally in front of you.

I have included a photo of two posts that literally where one after each other (as you can see in the photo) the first post i call into question Animefreak_usa and Gravity Cat who both have been unable to address all of the questions put to them (I do admit the color text thing helped me out a lot because I thought my browser was reading the html code incorrectly and wasn't displaying the colors).

When I state that in your signature, a quote from another user (animefreak_usa), does not prove that you are not a troll; you then state that you aren't a troll because the link in your signature is a quote from another user who has previously posted in this thread. Both of you seem unable to read a post and understand the true nature of the questions raised within. When I stated you where indeed acting like a troll and then I compared you to 'keyboard cat' I was imply and now am directly stating you are a non-sentient animal blindly slamming your paws on a computer's keyboard and you manage to get out words that roughly make sense (but only to you) because you are one of over 8 billion such animals and one is bound to get something close shakespeare once in a while (not that I am claiming to shakespeare, though I now that i type it I claim to be much, much higher up than you.)

He was trying to be helpful to you and posted links, but instead of thinking about a problem on your end, you decided to lash out at the people helping you.

Please, don't be so immature. If you're frustrated and need help, the least you can do is be nice to those helping you, and learn what signatures are before you assume the text in them is part of the post... did you ever find it odd how they appear automatically, at the bottom of your post?

As for the forum problems - they've existed a long time, and there's nothing that can be done by posting about them in IB. Try the suport section next time, and perhaps one of the moderators or admins will be willing to answer your questions.

IB isn't the place to get your problems solved, and trolling is a given in this section, so if you're mad about someone trolling you (which they weren't) then "boo hoo hoo... hoo."
