Eh, for me ... I don't know. I don't like Toddlercon at all, usually my loli age (the ones I read, anyway) doesn't go any higher than Rin (10, I believe,) but I can see loli age being as high as 12. I think one I read had a girl who was 8 - It's odd, a lot of the loli I read doesn't GIVE an age. I guess that's good in the long run.
