I actually don't know if there's a correlation although I did find neya's comment to be a bit funny. Also I like pointing out mistakes.

I'm sure there is some basis in fact that shows a relation with overcompensation and some sort of lack of something but being confident in yourself is somewhat different. At least I don't think what Gallow was doing is overcompensating in this case.

Why didn't any of you just say your IQ instead of saying "its higher than X"? At the same time IQ is no way of measuring common sense or social sense so its worth very little on a forum.

I'd throw mine out, but I haven't got an official test. Did one online one which was a mensa one or something, and scored 120. I did one a few years before that and scored 108. Eh. Online ones aren't very reliable. Probably sitting pretty around average mark
