Times are tough, man. Apply a lot and try to get into a field that is always necessary.

I worked at Best Buy, and technically if you looked at the charts - I was their best sales person. I got a MVP award during a meeting for the store (Most Valuable Player) and so forth.
But I wasn't the most popular. I mean - I wasn't hated, I'm just kinda reserved and never really opened up to a lot of people there. There were some favorites there that got the job, and I got cut.

That's how things tend to work when the people who have the power are actually around.
That's why I'm sure I will never get ahead in life, the only way to do that is to kiss ass. And I have a problem with kissing ass.
Being good at your job doesn't really count for much.

I have no problem helping others and I talk to others, I'm just not their chum. I have an invisible wall set to most people. Most people I'll know about them but they won't know anything about me.

I know that we are not, by no stretch of the imagination, "homies," but I'm still sorry to hear that you lost your job.
I think I used to keep people out too, but then I realized that if I wasn't nice enough to everyone, I'd never really fulfill all my ambitions, so I changed. Hopefully, you'll find a way to be true to yourself and still find (and keep) a job. Best of luck~

I still offer my services to go "mafia" on their knees if that will help anything. Your choice of baseball bat, tire iron, lead pipe or just a good old fashion curb stomping

Uh...not that I've ever tried it or anything...

Ziggy should sell heroin. The customers always come back (unless they die.)
But, you'd definitley need a gun for herion dealing.
Plus, if you start to run low on customers you could always offer free kits to first timers.
Not that I would know or anything...
