Oh I know! *pout*

At least it's over now.. I was pretty upset when it happened though, cuz I lost all my backpacks and a few other things. I'm pretty poor, so losing any item sets me back a ways, let alone something like that. And the mildew smell! *holds nose*

Luckily, when he fixes stuff, he does it right. Turns out it took so long cuz he needed some specialty parts. I forgive pretty easy too, cuz life is too short to waste it on hating people for small stuff. I'm just happy to be back.. I dislike being all out of sorts like that.

It was. One of the parts that was the worse was the carpet between my bed and the door to my bedroom. Not pleasant.. I had to wash my feet to even climb in bed. That;s prolly why I got so sick. But yes, I am doing much better! ^^

Yeah.. hey! Maybe I should keep a journal of things that happen to me and use it as inspiration in some of my stories somehow. I mean, unexpected stuff happens to me alot. I bet I could use it. I'm not good at weaving real occurrences into my writing yet, seeing as I'm not well versed at long passages.. but the base feelings could tell a story of their own.

Mostly.. the wall lets off a little bit, and all that died residue means I have to keep cleaning my floors for awhile, but it's just what built up in the walls from all that. The floors are far more dry and stay that way for the most part.

Lucia is fine tho~ most people still calling me that anyway~

Yes, actually it did wreck the walls a bit. I have plaster coming off here and there.. but thankfully it's not as bad as it should be, and my landlord isn't blaming me for it since he knows he was away while it was going on.

The best thing to be grateful about though is that thanks to my vigilance and how the water was draining into the carpets, I don't have many water bubbles in my walls, so for the most part, they should recover okay.

lol, so I see. Thank you for the warm welcome.. tbh, I've gotten used to it. I think it would feel kinda weird now days if I didn't get glomped by you upon returning.

The mold is a good point.. I mean, the room smelled before, so I bet there were lots of spores at the very least. But I dunno what to do about it. Convincing a landlord they have mold is like yelling fire.. they really would rather pretend is not a factor cuz it scares them. Mold is a costly fix up that even good landlord are loathe to address.

Any ideas? I prolly can't convince him to tear down his walls and cleanse them after all.. but maybe there is something I can do to protect my apartment without stepping on his toes in the process.
