@Shane
Nice pic Shane, I like it.
@Melly
I hope things went well, and if your not yet recovered, get some rest!
To the rest of you, I hope the day met you well. Thought I'd stop by again. I meant to return yesterday, but there were complications. I have time to relax atm, and am watching some anime. I'll change the weather once this episode is over. ^^

Actually, though it could be nothing but simple exhaustion, that's often a sign that your body functions are out of sync, especially if it lasts all day. Usually it means your lacking nutrition of some sort, such as iron or magnesium. It's also possible that you've overslept.
Oversleeping can actually wear down the body rather than refreshing it, and cause a cycle of feeling tired. Sleeping can then make it worse. Taken too far it can make a person sick. If you get stuck in this cycle, it's important to stay awake for at least two hours.
Get up, move around, even if just a little then stay awake.. after the two hours if you still feel drained, it's fine to sleep, but make sure it's not for over 8-9 hours long. Doing that should sort of reboot your system. If it doesn't, your symptoms are likely caused by a lack of iron. If you need help lasting the two hours, drink a little lemon juice every so often. It's been proven to keep the mind in a more alert state.

MUSIC!
@Melly
If your lacking something, your best bet is prolly to get a hold of some fresh leafy greens. Those have a lot of the nutrients that you might be lacking. If canned is all you have, eat it, but it won't do as good as fresh.
Canned foods have been treated, and a lot of the nutrients get bled out of the food contained in them. While meat might seem the best choice for iron, it takes a lot of energy and time for your body to break it down, so you will get more sluggish for awhile.. not to mention, extra salt won't help you reengerize much.
Therefore, if your eating the greens out of a can, rinse the greens before eating them. If some iron is needed, and you're on a budget (and thus have no greens atm) try some bran cereal. Those typically have more iron than most cereals and are pretty cheap.
Just be aware that like canned food, cereal is heavily processed, so the results may not be felt at first.
