I'm okay. I was feeling a little overwhelmed yesterday, because a trip that was supposed to be wrapped up at 4 PM saw me home at 9 PM instead, and I got a call right as I was headed out that made me upset. To top it off, I sent out an important email only to get a "email recipient no longer exists" message, meaning I have to take another long trip on Monday.
Basically, it boils down to people aren't keeping me as informed as they claim, and it wasted a lot of time. Now I gotta fix it. But that's for another day. After a decent night's rest, I feel much better, and Monday is not yet here, so I can focus on something else. ^^

I do have their phone number, but it's not an effective means of contact. I have at least two people I'll need to address, and as luck would have it, one of them has a habit of losing their phone several times a week and the other has such an active phone.. it's almost always busy.
As for meals, yeah that was the idea.. though now that I've settled on that, indecision has set in. I'm the type that has a hard time making my mind up about what to eat in the morning.

Me too. Feeling annoyed is not a good feeling. I prefer a more peaceful existence. It's good to hear your doing well, and since you don't have much planned, it does leave time open for some fun. As for cereal, I'm out. My brother drank it all. He's been stopping by more and more lately, so I must be doing something right. However, he's like a cat. If there is milk in this place, he takes a large glass of it, drinks it, then turns on my heater and curls up in front of it. haha
Bread though.. I do have that. Maybe I can make some cheese toast or something.

@maho- yeah something more similar to the wallet thing. it's about how luck affects morals and the problems that arises from it, since it's something not in our control.

Well, yes I think so. He's not a very expressive person, and tends to be rather withdrawn even when appearing social. But he more or less told me in his own way he's happy he has someone to trust atm, and he does seem to think one of his goals is in reach.
I've been helping get him a new place, somewhere he could stay that is further from the troubles that worry him so much. There are complications, because he didn't inform me of some things that needed to be done in a timely fashion, but with any luck we can work around them.
If all goes well, he'll have a key to a place here in the city by the 4th. After that, I plan to show him that he's got a support group. A lot of my rl friends aren't the most reliable sorts, but still they have agreed to help him feel included. It's my hope that when he realizes he's wanted and has the freedom to do things for himself, he'll be more open to the big picture.. ya know, feel more able to achieve things.

Glad to hear that you've been working really hard on your end. As expected from Maho right? Haha.
It really relieves someone and removes a lot of weights off their shoulder to know that they have someone who's ready to help them when they need it.

That speaks pretty highly of me that you'd expect that, and so I'll take that as a compliment. Thank you.
As for the relief I hope so. He has issues with trust. In his mind, people can not be relied on forever, and eventually will buckle under extended use. So sometimes you kind of have to just hope he knows your there for him, and do your best. It's not always easy to know what to do, or even if he's just acting tough cuz he thinks he has to.
I dunno, maybe it's too much to hope that I can convince him that he can always come to me if he needs something, and that not everyone is like that, but if I can at least help him feel like the world has more potential than he realizes, I'm sure he'll be better off for it.
I will say it's a neat feeling to know that your the only person out there that can do something for another person. I didn't realize I could be that for someone. It's a heck of a lesson. lol
