Yow, that high? That's rough. Sounds like a friend of mine. He wasn't watching the clock and handed in an assignment 5 mins late. His professor is a stickler for due dates, and so it looks like he might have to take the course all over again.. the thing was 1/3 of his grade. He's hoping he has enough to barely stake by, cuz classes are costly.

I'm doing alright all things considered. Still have a lot to work on, but I am happy to be on. In truth, I prolly shouldn't be on atm. I should be asleep, seeing as I have an appointment to go to in a little while. But my net works and I missed everyone, so sleep can wait. >.>

yeah, I prolly do, but I can't afford it. If I did get something like that though, I think I'd want a tablet. The small keys on modern cell phones bug me, cuz I'm quite guilty of "fat fingering" the keys, so it takes forever. A tablet is big enough I can adjust the size and use it without special attention or a stylus or something. lol

My phone never came with a stylus but I wish it had, it's hard to keep a touch screen clean.

Oh I know. Most of my friends have touch screens and they have to carry cloths for cleaning the thing off, cuz they get so smudged. Then too, you have to be careful where you put em, cuz even if the safety lock is on, one spill and they get really sticky.

Also with a phone that's mostly screen, it can be more prone to scratches.

Yeah, though that's why you can buy those scratch shield products or w/e. Personally though, I say they should come with that special film resin already on them. I wonder, what color is your phone btw?

See I would but they cost money I don't have. I'm on a very tight budget. I could have a little extra in a few months though, so I'm hoping that happens so I can upgrade. The phone I have has been good to me, but with everyone owning smart phones these days, it's getting to be a bit impractical.

Quite so. I'm pretty old fashioned so I often find myself looking around and going, "where did the world go?" lol

It does give me an interesting take on the world around me though, because it makes me more acutely aware of the shifts in culture and structure. Speaking of which, I should post some music no?

I won't make this an official weather post, because I'm not ready for that. I do that and I may lose track of the time. But feel free to consider this the weather if it suits you. ^^

Indeed. The expense of updating never really made any sense to me. If everyone is doing it, shouldn't it be cheaper? I mean for the first people who start the trends, it's not the norm and thus expensive, but how come it stays that way?

It's like when a government mandates that you get ID of some sort and then charges you for it.. somehow a weird demand is set, without a supply influence on the pricing.
