I think that NTR is not inherently evil, it's simply content geared towards a different crowd. The people who make this content probably don't support cheating, but are probably just trying to make a living and help out the people who want to experience something different without tarnishing their criminal record. It's just good honest work in a dishonest manner, and I can respect that...from a distance. So that said I want people who can't understand this sort of ideology to leave, no single-minded tirades about which side is more superior than the others. Onto the main course.

Essentially I want to know why NTR is attractive to a person, I can't really discern this for myself since I dabble into NTR but not the really hardcore stuff so I feel there's a gap in my knowledge. Is it because it portrays the heroine/hero as a slut? Allows the room for more extreme play? Or perhaps it's the fact that it gives the dominant role even more power? Or is it the risk that increases the value? Just a few things I theorized.

Well I'm sure it's a true and tried topic but I want revisit the concept to see if anything new comes up.

Why not just look for the old topics and read them before trying to see if anything "new" comes up.

A majority of those topics degenerated into a conflict where the only thing confirmed is that Vanilla lovers will stay Vanilla lovers and NTR vice versa, which is fine but I want to know why NTR fans love these things; Vanilla is pretty straightforward.

End or add something productive to this conversation before things become less civil.

As a Vanilla Warrior, I have faced and delved deep to the enemy NTR's core. Deep Shit NTR hardcore stories. I have seen the worst of the enemy and my mind and body has forever been scarred. NTR is the Dark Side of the Force. Some like power too much and they fall for this.

On a serious note, NTR is always made to invoke a swing of emotions, so it's mostly pointed to the negative side of reality. But we're not hating the author for it because he serves the audience that wants this type of stuff.

So essentially people look forward to NTR because it shows a supposedly more realistic view on sex?

Making a woman that's married or has a boyfriend fall for your dick because you're handsome or rich is also NTR and will not tarnish your record. You'd look like a homewrecker or asshole, but that's it.


People enjoy NTR from 6 different viewpoints:
1. Masochism - they enjoy identification with the person being stolen from
2. Sadism - they enjoy identification with the person who steals and from seeing someone (the victim and/or the target) in pain
3. Conquest - they enjoy identification with the person who steals and from taking what is someone else's "property" and making it their own
4. Manslut/Slut without fault - they enjoy identification with the person being stolen who enjoys the best sexual (or financial, emotional, psychological) experience in their life even when they don't want it
5. Feminism - No one owns anybody. The reader enjoys reading people being released from the shackles of patriarchal dominance (i.e. marriage or normal marriage). Basically, sexual liberation from common societal norms.
6. Third Party Preference - something similar to feminism, it is instead the inherent desire of people to read about fantasies or see it take form, things that normally do not occur in their lives, but in a way that won't hurt anyone. This is the same idea behind people who watch tv dramas, action films, and telenovelas.
