McDonalds is fucking gross.

I eat at McD a few times per month. The Big Mac is pretty good. McD apart from Max (but max only exist in Sweden) is the only good fast food restaurant in Sweden. We don't have Taco Bell or KFC here. [i]KFC is so fucking good[(i]

I think you may have a gastrointestinal problem, I'd see a Gastroenterologist. Ask your primary care physician for a referral - this reaction seems common, when it shouldn't be.
