I could see the anime influence Del Toro took to do the film. Was actually somewhat nostalgic even though I've not watched many mech anime.

Did three people operate Crimson Typhoon? I assumed they were just one big team that had two people with some weird arm trick.
Two of the triplets operate the movement while one operated the weapons but when they use the Thundercloud formation, all three operate the Jaeger at the same time.
