Dramatic irony, where the audience knows something the characters do not.

Verbal irony, where some says something that contrasts with their intentions.

Are you asking which one I was referring to it being ironical? Well since it was a sarcastic post, and sarcasm is a type of verbal irony then it would fall under verbal irony.
