Project-H kickstarter for Vanilla Essence by Yamatogawa

From the ashes, we shall arise. Or in my case, I just woke up in an abandoned parking lot and was just handed the keys to this Kickstarter.
As many have speculated, the original Kickstarter organizer has moved on in short notice, as well as the person who was taking over in the interim. On behalf of everyone who has worked to make this Kickstarter happen, I would like to apologize for our lack of communication and instilling a sense of doubt among our loyal backers.
That said, what I know right now is that Vanilla Essence is currently in printing and is expected to arrive at our doorstep no later than a few weeks from now.
Moving forward, I would like to be as transparent as humanly possible about the current state of Vanilla Essence and the ETA before we can get everything shipped out. I will be picking up where my predecessors had left off and contacting our associated printers and manufacturers to see where we currently stand. Please expect a full update within the coming days as the information rolls in.

Well after the last update I am officially never going to give money to Project-H again.

I understand it was not directly their fault and they are trying to remedy this as soon as possible, but yeah my wallet will never open up for them again.

I wondered if they could of ask for retrograded rights if it was a mistake. I don't see why anyone would care for free royalty money.

I think i read somewhere it was more. Or maybe i miss read the earlier update... i swore it said staff members. Maybe i assume since there only one guy doing all the shipping... but then again i assume Ben is the only more shipping here also. Could be more.. i think. Their help wanted on site is long in needed positions.

So uhh... was there a problem with the kickstarter? and ProjectHentai as well? also staff quitting???

I've previously bought books from ProjectHentai but lately I've noticed their website seems a bit... slow in terms of updating their products and the lack of twitter updates.

I'm just curious, because it seems like other people seem disappointed with ProjectHentai. so what's the story?

Can only backers buy the damage books? I miss the boat on the kickstarter.

Basically the books got accidentally printed with pages that were not suppose to be there (copyright issues and stuff) and they all had to be reprinted. They're currently offering a chance to buy those "damaged" books at $5 each.
