Yeah, the only major difference is that there haven't been any cases of mass death from chickenpox. Also, it's smallpox and chickenpox, not small pox or chicken pox.

The only issue with chickenpox is that once you get it will always remain in your nervous system. Later in life this can develop into herpes zoster (also known as shingles). There is no cure for shingles when the virus mutates into this.

We give out vaccinations for chickenpox to prevent any of this happening. Doesn't necessary mean that you can't ever get shingles, just reduces your chances significantly.

I think Sonic the Hedgehog and My Little Pony are more likely to cause autism than vaccines.

Vaccine can cause the recipient to have a small fever (after all it's still a virus, though a weakened one).

That's why it doesn't cause autism actually, but sometimes the fever is the one who cause that. And, it's unusual to cause autism, maybe only with a kid that has very very weak immune system (like people who has AIDS) so there's nothing to be worried about.

A small protrusion will also appears sometimes, depends on the vaccination, alongside the fever but it's normal.

Either why I highly doubt it because autism still isn't as common as vaccinations. People who think vaccinations will cause autism likely are just paranoid and want a scapegoat. Nobody wants to think something shitty happened to them for virtually no reason so they want something to blame.
