I laugh Maniacally at the fact that I'm still looking forward to Halloween as opposed to thanksgiving

What exactly is Canadian Bacon? I don't really grok itham, thats about it. At least anytime I've had it on pizza it tastes like normal ham, just finely chopped.

Canadian bacon (as it is called in the US) or back bacon is just bacon that's made from a different cut of meat off the pig. Most of us in the US consider bacon to be fatty belly meat that's been cured and/or smoked. Canadian bacon is also cured and/or smoked, but with meat from the much leaner back meat of the pig.
Bacon is good.

Lol, my grandma is from China and she celebrates Thanksgiving. Although she lives here in the US now. Last time she cooked a turkey, she stuffed it with rice and basted it with soy sauce XD.
