Turkey isn't normally dry unless you overcook it. It's very similar to chicken overall, just has a slight extra taste to it that's hard to describe other then being like turkey. I prefer chicken in general, but turkey is good too.

Turkey makes you sleepy after eating too.
Mmmmm, can't wait for Thanksgiving here in the US. Can't get enough stuffing that my mom always makes.

A well cooked bird shouldn't be dry at all. My mother can cook it so when you pick it up, the meat pretty much falls off the bones. My favorite side is homemade cranberry sauce.

My mom always makes bread stuffing, french stuffing(possibly my favorite side, its basically ground sausage, onions and seasoning in mashed potatoes) sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, various veggies, pumpkin and banana breads, and some other stuff I'm probably forgetting. There's also usually 4 homemade pies(apple, pumpkin and mixed berry, and chocolate cream). Yum, now I really can't wait for thanksgiving.

I rather not have rice on "special" occasions as it's pretty much a daily food staple for me. I rather have stuff that I only eat once or twice a year.
