lol, that's an old one, fiery penguin, i didn't actually get it by myself, but i knew the answer was pressure(the closest i got was some sort of gas related pressure, turning the polar bear white is hard to understand).
they even got the stats for that one, i think it was referred to as the hardest riddle ever, 97 percents of Harvard graduates aren't able to solve it, but 87 percents of kindergarten kids are able to solve it in an average time of 6 minutes.
