ah, though i didn't get the first part(possible rephrasing mistakes, maybe, don't mind), the correct one should be "When I live I cry, if you don't kill me I'll die", thought i heard that somewhere, urs seemed so familiar.

a good riddle
an old man with three sons was dyin, but not sure which son he should leave his fortunes with. So he thought of testing them, by giving each son a few dollars, he asked them to buy somthin that will fill up a big room. First son bought the cheapest straws, but only filled 50% of the space, second son bought the cheapest sticks, but only filled 90% of the space in the room. the third child bought two things and instantly filled up the whole room and later obtained his father's fortunes, what were those two items.

But that would be a bit simple.

If you read it a certain way, yes.
Otherwise, it's a statement.
For a riddle, though...this.
I welcome the day with a show of light,
I steathily came here in the night.
I bathe the earthy stuff at dawn,
But by the noon, alas! I'm gone.
Otherwise, it's a statement.

Exactly. Just because it wasn't discovered yet didn't mean it didn't exist. So if it's the tallest mountain, there wouldn't of been a mountain taller then it before it was discovered. It's more of a trick question.
