Actually I got it the other day. You are correct that Mirai and Hibari suck. But Hibari is still a lot better then Mirai. Not only is Mirai the only loli character but she has the worst stats of any character and has this annoyingly frustrating move set. Mirai literally has nothing going for her she is like the worst character ever.

And I actually got to the final level on the Hanzo side, realized I would have to level grind some before I could beat it and so I decided to start the Hebijo side instead.

Needs to complete that game only going fanatic mode for each and every character and for each mission.
