Actually I got it the other day. You are correct that Mirai and Hibari suck. But Hibari is still a lot better then Mirai. Not only is Mirai the only loli character but she has the worst stats of any character and has this annoyingly frustrating move set. Mirai literally has nothing going for her she is like the worst character ever.
And I actually got to the final level on the Hanzo side, realized I would have to level grind some before I could beat it and so I decided to start the Hebijo side instead.
I'm running the game on frantic mode only and doing all missions so I'm only in chapter 3 on both sides.

Dam, why would you do that? You are only making things harder for yourself Yang mode (Shinobi Transformation) is simpler then Yin (Frantic). Im not saying don't ever do Yin but do Yang first then do Yin.

I'm doing it to make it harder the game is too easy otherwise. I only really play the game when I'm at work anyways so thats why I haven't cleared it yet.
