Didn't think that they would actually literally delete the pages and comments on the pages. Figured that since this was a majour base of the site's history, they would keep some record of it. Nah tho. I guess next time I wanna revisit the good ol days on this site I'll be using Wayback.
I would like to note the thing that I thought about last but depresses me the most: there is now no Dr. P work on this site.
This really is the end of something special. When I read the new Dr P manga on another site, viewing the comments will not reveal people making jokes about the story or jabbing around about Vanilla man. We won't have intelligent, in-depth discussions about our porn. And thus the world of this stuff will never be the same. (And to be honest, looking at the comments on the pay-per-view strips, that's also gone on this site.
Unless another site opens us like the old Fakku...

I feel bittersweet about Fakku turning into a subscription site. As a fan for more than 7 or 8 years a former netizen of the serious topics forum, i'm happy for Fakku that instead of fading away in time, it has established itself as a pioneer in bringing fresh hentai from Japan into the English-speaking world. But sadly, scanlations are gone, the free materials are almost non-existent, and i'm in my room with my pants down, confused why my to-go-to hentai site is asking me to subscribe to view fap material.
I honestly would pay the subscription of I can afford it. As a fresh grad in the Philippines, I make about $200 a month, and that's precious cash for me since i need it for my gas, food, and other survival necessities. I would love to support what you guys are doing here and i can see that the money you're getting is not wasted, seeing that the recent roster of hentai (that I sadly cannot read) is getting better. Way more interesting to look and read compared to scanlations, in fact. But sadly its just I can't afford you. Its like that cute friend you have that used to give you head for free inside the maintenance room, but now you meet her years late, more beautiful than ever before and can offer you more, but you just can't afford her services anymore.
