Well, if she was my friend for 3 years running and was a very good one, I wouldn't just ditch her and never talk to her again after this. After all, you don't want to lose such a great friend do you? Also ask yourself this question: Do you love her? Maybe she might be the one. Maybe she just needs some guidance and for you to teach her to be more confident in herself. Even if you don't love her, a friend should be there for a friend. Explain that you aren't pissed about having sex with her, just that you are frustrated that she couldn't be more open with you and tell you her true feelings. I'm sure you would've helped her out with her problem right? Even if you don't want a steady relationship with her, at least tell her that sex between you two is no problem between friends.
