Oh guys .. choosing who is best suitable for the job .. in reality we will have no time to be here later because we will someday have to be busy as well. For stuff like this somebody has to be committed to these kind of things on the long run and also get paid for it .....
First of all, we won't choose, this is all up to Jacob please everyone and you, get this into your head. Second of all, Waar did a damn good job at it and he didn't get paid, he also didn't spend his entire day on here either.

Fakku shouldn't be #1 priority since it doesn't pay or anything, Fakku is just a side thing.

Things seem fine. You're just in time cruz. As I recall you stood against waar's politics the most, so like give us a speech.

Simon for global modThis. Also, i haven't noticed any significant problems from a lack of moderation, though having a few more active mods probly wouldn't hurt.

Tsujoi does about as much modding as TDSA.
Also Nikon still has mod powers, cause he deleted my N. Korea thread.

Illumia or ronnie for admins.
OT: Jokes aside, is there really a need of adding new admins or mods? As far as I can see, everything seems fine, no real rule breaking aside of some minor offenses done by newfags. Besides, I see things get sorted quickly whenever I reported something.
Well, having a new mod or two wouldn't really hurt though. It's always good to see more drama between mods and users.

I have been lucky in that I have not had to choose new mods for a very long time. FAKKU has been around for more than 6 years, and most of the mods were chosen in the first year when it was just beginning to grow. Nikon, Mike, Raze, Mattarat, tsujoi, Kaimax, KLoWn, and Gambler all created their accounts 6 years ago. Waar, Sindalf, Tegumi, Kenjugs, and TheDarkStarAlchemist created their accounts 5 years ago.
Think about that. They say no one works a job for more than 2 years before getting bored and moving on, I know that's true for me. I have had many periods since creating FAKKU where I stopped focusing on it to do other things. Whether it be work, school, relationships, or other projects. I don't know what it is that has kept such amazing staff around for so long, but I am incredibly grateful that they are still here and still care. At this point I trust my moderators and admins unconditionally (except for Sindalf when he goes ADC).
I don't know when we'll need more staff, but it will probably be pretty soon. I just hope the new recruits live up to the expectations their predecessors have set.

Whoa bro, I am kinda sad about this are you saying those we know and trust are leaving? Or are you saying you are going to recruit new people and keep the old?

Nobody is leaving, I just phrased that a little weird.

Seeing a new active mods or old mods that talks to users (IB users in particular) would be good, cause so far from what I see mods only go to IB when something is happening or someone is talking about them.

Seeing how the section is tame this days, with not much happening, I don't really see the immediate and constant need for mods. Plus, this section is supposed to be more "free" or "wild" and moderating too much would be counter productive. Unless it shakes everyone out of their pretty boring state and drives them to react against authority. Which I think was Waar's best asset as a mod here.
Also, Jacob isn't drowning in +reps, the hell is going on?

Yes, I totally understand on "free and wild" part, but, it wouldn't hurt if the mods actually come and talk to us on everyday basis just like normal users, it closes the gap between normal users and user with power. Maybe asking to come everyday would be too much, but at least do participate talking in threads and such. Waar fitted right in my description.

I totally forgot about KLoWn and yes I know you've had an amazing staff but the way I see it a lot of the older ones are falling off which at the same time that it's not the biggest thing since not a lot is happening right now it's still a bit weird and worrysome to me, I mean as I stated earlier we don't have a single admin right now that actual does work as far as I know, I've heard Nikon only does polls these days. I guess they are just getting bored, like you stated earlier or they just don't like the community, I know a lot of normal old members quit because of that.
Either way, I hope you select good people when you do decide you need new staff, this whole topic was just my opinion on the whole thing.
(Sindalf is a real hit and miss when he's the ADC)

This is probably a stupid question, but what's the ADC? And yes I googled it and nothing that made sense came up.

It's AD Carry, it comes from League of Legends, a game that many people play much like Sindalf and Jacob, it's a team game and an ADC is an important part. You have to look up League of Legends if you want to understand more.
