well,you must pay if you want to own a hero,but you can pay it with silver,which silver come from after you played a game~
and i always bought a hero if it's in discount!

Yeah i also use money if i want a hero on League of legends..in fact, of all 92 heros, i own 82 by now... also way too many skins that change the appearance of the heroes.
And i dont play on garena, i prefer official servers xD
