I am thinking of the best possible torture for my neighbor (read reason on the page before) :P And thus I had an idea for this nice and bloody signature (which would most likely be hit by the banhammer on my forums :()

I can gladly give you some of the trouble I am having dealing with the danish and German banks, the broker organization that sold my house in Denmark and the German Authorities paper addiction if you 'd like.
The problem is that you are in a telephone hotline with each call you make and thus have to do something in the meantime.
I am slowly running out of photoshop projects / idea's. If anyone has a render request, please PM them to me and I'll see to it.

Well, my parent's are pretty old compared to normal standards and both of them weren't in the best health state, so they decided to enter the house on my name. So basicly it was up to me to decide who to sell it to, which broker firm to hire etc.
Well it is good practice and as I speak English, German and Danish pretty fluently I didn't have too much problems talking with the buyer etc. Just that the German (my native) authorities are being a pain the ass.
A short example
Denmark "We would like you to fill out this short form. Take your time, just hand it in sometime next week." *receives letter with 2 DinA4 pages.
Germany "We would like you to fill out this short form. We need it urgently so please hand it in 3 days from now on" *Opens letter with 11 dinA4 pages and some extra clauses*

lol, i guess different places have different ways of annoyin people huh, in canada, people'd probably spend their whole life trying to pay the debts of the mortgage, takes forever, i don't know about the specs and shits since i'm only in high school, but learning about it is not a waste of time either.

Well, in Denmark there is that pretty neat law that anyone who sells a house and has a mortgage on said house, will first receive the money once the mortgage is paid off. The broker will than, unless specified different, make a transfer to the bank holding the mortgage on which it is released, along with the money gained from the deal.
Oh and for the info: My father died in the age of 70 so it was wise of him to enter the house on my name, thus saving me the problem of paying around 8000$ heritage fees. So even if it is a bit of trouble (as I was still a minor when the house was entered on my name which was 8 years ago when I was 13), it pays off incase anything happens.

Well I know it sounds weird, I loved him, but hated him so much aswell that I hope that I never have to deal with any of the problems he left me again. Manic depressive people can be a royal pain in the arse. You can't even bring a girl home without them managing to ruin everything for you. It is one of those diseases I wouldn't even wish those people I hate in general to suffer from.
