Its not good to sleep in a whole day to regain sleep, in fact it makes it worse. Best way to recover is to go on with your usual schedule and gradually increase your sleeping time. So maybe sleep a little earlier or something like that.

Hooo...... But I don't really have anything to do today. Dear brother goes to his office because something comes up, so I'm alone again today without any plan whatsoever (except surfing the forum here, and probably play Alchemy Meister later on ^_^).
