Ceasefire will end as soon as I can get my RL into its own ceasefire. I'm getting quite busy now, preparing for my Joint Training Exercise in Singapore and I head back to work tomorrow as well so possibly once I reach Singapore.

Read this simple charts: Left lowest right highest Officers overrule enlisted.
Technically the lowest officer is still higher than highest enlisted.
The E-(number) is enlisted rank system also reflects pay grade.
The W-(number) is same system used for Warrant Officers. WO is ranked as an officer above the senior-most enlisted ranks, as well as officer cadets and candidates, but below the officer grade of O-1
The O-(number) is same system as for enlisted but used for officer.

Firstly we don't follow any official military ranking system as you might notice from front page. So we don't have any fixed ranking system, but you're my direct subordinate. Is that clear?
The chart was used as an example, because Anzei knows about military ranking as I about current status of Hokkaido Yakuza bosses.
IRL Armies the aviators are usually officers. Fixed wing aircraft are operated by the Air Force and rotary-wing aircrafts by the Army. Exceptions possible.
