Indeed. Anyway, remember when I wrote about the Ukrainians making their own variant of the Tavor 21?

Well, it seems that IWI(the original makers of the Tavor) are also going to make a variant of the X95 model that loads 5.45x39mm themselves. The Tavor X95 is a shortened version of the already short Tavor 21 bullpup that was designed to be an SMG with the 9mm, which seems fitting for the 5.45mm.


And all the way across Europe, H&K is releasing the latest model of their HK416, designated the HK416A5. This rifle is basically a companion for the Bundeswehr G28 DMR(an updated model of the HK417) and is H&K's entry for the US Army's Individual Carbine competition. The HK416A5 uses a non-adjustable version of the G28's stock(kind of weird that a carbine has a locked stock but a DMR uses an adjustable version of the same stock) and even has the same flat Dark Earth colour scheme on it. The rifle also features an updated and improved adjustable gas regulator which enables it to take a 10.5" barrel(nice for CQB) and an ambidextrous selector level.

I have mixed feelings about Gunny. On one hand he's a great actor and I respect him as a soldier, but on the other hand he's a patriotic a$$hole in my opinion...

That is true but i still like him, this is this and that is that. Those two things about him are different aspects of him and I won't let the latter stop me from enjoying his acting.
