KEIROVA: Hmm, more activity here than I expected once again.
Still I wonder whether it is worth my precious R&R time to post my status here on such slow net. In any case, been like a week since I last posted? Might as well post something, you guys are only on the second page. All is well and normal here, went mine searching in a field, escorting a ration convoy to a village, watched over construction of a clinic and so forth.
Nothing that interesting to tell so I'm leaving it at that.

Mmm still interesting. What detectors are you using down there? If its ADF grade, I imagine the F1A4. If its TLDF, probably an outdated American one like an AN/PSS-11.

Wow, almost been a week before I found something notable to post here.
This is what you would call a 'frankengun', the name takes from Frankenstein, referring to the monster Professor Frankenstein made from parts of multiple humans. Anyway, like the name suggests, this gun is made of parts from multiple guns, notably the polymer and steel stock from a HK SL8, recoil spring from an FAL and bolt and barrel from the Sten.
Put together, you get this bad-ass piece of unique fire power, costing it's builder little more than $100 US in parts.
I would take a guess that the builder is in some way associated with the military by the hint of ACU clothing in the side of the first picture and the M18 smoke grenades. Anyway, I'm out.

ACU spotted on the third picture as well. Hmmm this type of gun is interesting, but I'd be a bit relucant about sten parts.

KEIROVA: Wow, only 5 posts since my last. What was I to expect?
To answer, we used ADF standard F1A4 mine detectors.
Also, that frankengun looks pretty boss. Nice thing about it is that it's one of a kind as well. Its also using the Sten's magwell and magazines as well. I agree with Lance that there could have been better choices than Sten parts but got to take into account budget. I imagine its pretty cheap to get those parts and magazines.
Nothing to report.

I believe that his sarcasm is to denote that we finally lived down to his expectations but he doesn't know if that's a good thing or bad. In any case, I believe this is a good example of the behavioural paradox of humanity.
On that note, I think that is a good subject to discuss here.

So I heard this morning that the boys in East Timor are finally packing up shop and will be back this weekend. Strange, Kei said he'd be gone for three months and would have known about this. . .
That guy's probably up to something.

Thanks. I consider to buy a CZ75 or model based on it. Or if everything fails I was really comfortable with Norinco copy of 1911 for double-stack mags. I got large hands and long fingers.
EDIT: Wow this thread is dead like Elvis.

4 days, down to the third page. I can assume people here don't have much to talk about, though from what I've seen, the entire section goes quiet sometimes. Anyway, might as well discuss the future of the Planetside RP.
Since Yukito is (very) limited with his online time, we haven't advanced at all since Zandorf's post, which was quite a while ago. Personally, I believe it is times like this is when players need to take initiative and keep moving forward until the GM finally gets the time to come online.
That being said, whoever reads this that is part of said RP, pitch any ideas on how you think we should go on with this. Anything really, if you think we should just kill the RP, pitch that in as well.

I'm up for continuing. I think we should try and meet our mercenary friends of ExESGO's. Also we could make some local fauna to atack us.

Personally, I'd like to set up camp in the next post.
