It's to design your own UFO. Skill at art shouldn't play a big part because we'd be looking for CREATIVITY not SKILL

This event(?) is still on hold. The decision whether it will be implemented or not depends on your (all of you) enthusiasm considering this idea.

It's basically designing your own Seed of Non-Identification with pen/paper, MS Paint, GiMP, CS4, Sai, or whatever drawing method one wants to. Describing it is also a must, like it's properties (and maybe the danmaku it possesses?). Here, again, the event will play more on creativity rather than artistic skill.
