Good job, guys. Reading your detailed responses gives me some inspirations in regard to my OCs. Overall, I'm glad that none of you is taking the question half-assedly since this is actually my attempt to see your creativity. If you guys have the time to, I would like to see all of your responses in form a drawing later. It would be nice to have more participants.
Well, if it hits you too close to home, it's because I'm intended that to be. With this OC I'm trying to depict the daily lives' of a normal human in Gensokyo. No power to manipulate things, no spellcard. You see, the daily and ordinary lives of humans in Gensokyo could use more coverage. Even a farmer can make a difference in Gensokyo!
It's actually a good premise.
I suppose a farmer is fine too, but a slice of life story has its limit. Being normal will only lead you to a normal boring life, or so I heard.

Having imagination that surpasses your own skill is actually a good thing. The longer your trip to your destination is, the more experience you can farm during it.It will probably be a really long trip but I might arrive sooner than expected depending on the circumstances hahaha =D

I've been imaginating a story for quite some time, which sees him as main characher.
However i dont' know if i will ever write something about this, since i'm still developing it, and also i'm not a good writer..
So..
He's from the outside world
When he was newborn he was found under a tree by a girl, who has brought him with her.
The place where the girl lived, was a small orphanage inhabited by other few children, where he lived for a long time.
However time for him passed in different time, made him to getting older more slowly than a normal human.
He will start a journey, to find answers about the origins of his ability, ending up to Gensokyo where he will learn about himself.
So this was about the introduction
Now for the appareance:
He have blue-pink gradient hair tied back in a ponytail.
Have orange eyes.
Usually dress with blue or green clothes jacket
Has bandages on both of his hands wrists.
He brings a white necklace, inside of it there's a photo of a girl.
He got a birthmark in a shape of a petal on his right shoulder
Somewhat empty as description isn't it?
As for ability:
-Can communicate and control plants
-Limited control on the earth
-Sturdy body, resistent as wood
-Average swordsman and hand to hand combat skill
I also have female characters for this, but they still need adjustment.

I don't know if this has being posted but here you go. This has being taken from a forum when i was searching around for news on Touhou 14, it was interviewed at 24 feb 2012.
Today in the IRC we had the pleasure of having ZUN among us!
While I was Stunned into Silence Red and Noize ad the sense to do what anyone would do: They asked about the next Touhou game!
Here's the conversation:

On the CO-OP part though, it would be fun to play head-to-head or co-op.PoFV has the option for local network play. I would imagine something like connecting laptops via USB would make for almost no lag in multiplayer. Doubt it will ever materialize though.

I'm writing a Fic about an OC as well~~ And yes the main character is Reimu. The OC's name is Mikihitokami no Tatsuhiko. He's a God of the Seas and Storm and is also a Dragon God. He's both linked to the 3 main Shinto gods as the direct descendant of Susanoo and also one of the Dragon God of the Dragon Palace. He's old, at least as old as Yukari but of course he looks like he's in his 20's. He's also the Teacher to Tenshi's power to control the weather and Iku's superior(since Iku is a messenger of the Dragon Palace).
His danmaku references different weather, natural disasters and also his dragon side. Still finishing up the 1st chapter though.

Well my only comment here is that, being true to Gensokyo lore, Dragons are the mightiest beings there is; even more powerful than Yukari, and probably ever moreso than the Watatsuki Sisters if lore holds firm. As a Dragon, and a direct descendant of Susano-o on top of that, does this hold true to your character as well?
