BTW, regarding bombs in MOF and SA. I do not use bombs in those two games because I don't want my power to go down. I just make do with what I have :3

Yuuko might work as a good nickname. Yes I have tried and have not completed, yet. Miko's last spell card did me in, in heartbreaking fashion. I gave that idea a shot. It totally works and is do able with spellcards. I'm not sure if I lucked out but none of the amulet cards hit me.



In TD I always use Reimu just because of her homing bullets but my favorite is Youmu. Its really satisfying to weave through bullets while charging her sword to get a successful hit.

Did those circles rotate like they did in Normal Mode ? If so, then how could you move freely with that so-little space ?

Anyone figure out all these controls for SWR spellcards? I'm havin' a really hard time figuring it out...

What did you mean by controls ?
If I recall correctly, the control to execute a spellcard is already shown below the card's description.

I've already kinda figured it out... a lot of directional pad stuff...

When i have bombs in my stock i tend to play the game too lightly after a while, (usually at Stage 3-4)
I try to don't use bombs until i feel the danger of being hit, though sometimes when that happens it's too late.
Usually after using a bomb i feel calm but just for few istant, when it start to "rain" again.
I try to kept them for use against a boss.

What do you mean by controls for spellcards? Is it how to switch your card when you're in a fight? Is it how to use the card in the battle? Or is it how to execute a skill move?

If it how to execute the skill move, it's already written on the card, like this one:

To reach the perfection of taoism, one must manage to endure the 10 trials made by Prince Shoutoku and administered by Toyosatomimi no Miko herself. Depends on the subject's performance, Miko will grant the ones worthy enough to receive the special treasures of Tao in the end of trials.

2. Claim one character for your avatar.
Exception(s) : Remilia Scarlet and Toyosatomimi no Miko

3. Every participant must submit 5 screenshots of 5 different spellcards (spellcards set) in each Trials Round [size=10](Easy/Normal)[/h].
[size=10](thumbnail-oriented imagehost sites are highly recommended, ex : Imagebam and Imagevenue)[/h]

4. Spellcards set for each participant is assigned by the Event Administrator in the beginning of each Trials Round.

5. Every participant should use all playable characters in Ten Desires (once at minimum) within their screenshots.

I'll pass on this one, being too busy with the Summer Writing Competition and my other projects. My Touhou skills also got too rusty for highscoring. And yeah, gotta study for final exams =)
