Depending on my mood, I'll either just greet someone that I know with an insult or an insult combined with a punch. Something along the lines of "Bonjour, bitch!" and ,if I feel like it, I'll throw in a punch along with it.

An unusual greeting I give my mom is 'baka baka', which translates to 'dumb cow' in two different languages. You know what the first one is. XD It's funny when you make her jump too because she screams in Tagalog and throws everything in her had flying in the air.
For my little sister I end up screaming at her, calling her a shortened edition of her ten-letter long name.
My sister greets my dad by calling him 'belly man', 'buddha', 'tub tub', etc.....
